A valid credit card number is required to secure a reservation. This credit card will be pre-authorised 14 days in advance of your arrival. Should your credit card decline, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Please ensure you provide a valid credit card number at time of booking.

From 1st October to 30th June cancellations or amendments for bookings need to be made more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If within 72 hours or in the case of a no-show you will be charged for your full stay.
For Winter Peak Periods (1st July to 30th September) cancellations or amendments for bookings need to be made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If within 30 days or in the case of a no-show you will be charged for your full stay.
This policy may vary for special events or prime holiday periods when we will clarify directly the cancellation policy at time of booking.

Special Offers Cancellation Policy:
Our Advance Direct Special Offer is available to book up to 14 days in advance and must be prepaid fully at the time of booking. This is non refundable once booked.
Our Long Stay Direct Offer is valid only for stays of 3 consecutive nights or more and cannot be combined with our Advance Direct Special Offer.
Children/Extra Beds Policy:
Children under 5 years stay free when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free in a cot and highchairs are available.
Rollaways are not provided and we do not exceed the stated number of people in our chalets.
Cots, Highchairs & Babysitting Services are available, just ask our friendly Reception staff when booking your stay.
